At the Zig Zag Hub we’re a perfectly formed team. We’re friendly and approachable, and each of us brings something special to the table.
We also work with a range of experts who we call on to deliver programs, act as mentors to our students, and run our specialist workshops and events.
Sophie McIlquham
Community Manager and Head of Operations
Zig Zag Hub
Sophie is the Community Manager and Head of Operations at the Zig Zag Hub, and has been with the Zig Zag Hub for over 2 years. She focuses on the development of our programs and functions of the space.

Cordelia Jean Mackay
Content Developer and Facilitator

Cordelia has a Master of Teaching and specialises in curriculum design and development. She has joined the Zig Zag Hub as a content developer and facilitator of student learning in digital technologies.
Marie Russo
Young Entrepreneur Program Facilitator
Zig Zag Hub
Marie is the embodiment of a young go-getter. She’s been facilitating our Young Entrepreneurs Program since 2017, and always receives glowing feedback from students, children and parents. She has experience in project-based learning, peer-to-peer mentoring, facilitating workshops for school-aged children. She was named Young Business Woman of the Year 2019 at the Illawarra Women in Business Awards.
Robert Dodd

Robert is our business problem-solver and real life expert in residence. He’s been in the world of start-ups for more than five years, and has successfully founded a number of start-ups himself. He’s great at solving problems, education, workforce compliance and online learning, and he’s worked with clients all around the world.
